Eleven and Luxe was created as the Bay Area’s first female-focused luxury piercing and tiny tattoo studio. Our founders recognized a gap in the market for today’s modern woman. A space that is modern, fresh, airy and a place where women would feel comfortable receiving these services. What started out as a dream turned into reality in May 2023 when we opened our doors and called Burlingame, CA our home. We have been blessed to have serviced so many women and young girls in such short period of time and although female focused we acknowledge and are inclusive to all genders and communities which is very important to us.
